The International Journal of Applied Educational Studies (IJAES) invites researchers, educators, and scholars to submit original research papers for publication in our upcoming issues. Submission and Review Process
Step 1: Submission (Free)
- Authors prepare manuscripts according to the APA (7th edition) style guide. Please follow the Instructions for Authors page for more information.
- The manuscript must be anonymized (no author details inside the file) to ensure double-blind review.
- Submissions are sent via email to editorialoffice@ijaes.org.
Step 2: Initial Screening (Free)
- The Editor-in-Chief reviews the submission for relevance, scope, and compliance with formatting guidelines.
- If suitable, the manuscript proceeds to peer review.
Step 3: Peer Review (First Review – $200)
- Manuscripts are assigned to two independent reviewers in a double-blind process.
- Reviewers evaluate originality, methodology, clarity, and contribution to the field.
- Authors receive detailed feedback and a decision:
- Accept with minor/major revisions
- Revise and resubmit
- Reject
Step 4: Revision by Author
- Authors revise the manuscript based on reviewer comments.
- Revised manuscripts must be resubmitted for a second round of review.
Step 5: Second Review (Final Review – $200)
- The revised manuscript is evaluated again by reviewers or editors.
- Final recommendation:
- Accept
- Accept with minor revisions
- Reject
Step 6: Acceptance & Publication Fee ($100)
- Upon acceptance, the author pays the publication fee of $100.
- The article is copyedited, typeset, and published in the upcoming issue (online).
Publication Timeline
- Review process: up to 2 months
- Issues published: March, June, September, December
- Deadlines for submissions are announced on the journal website
