Instructions for Authors

This page provides all the information required in your paper from submission to publication. Kindly take the time to read and follow these instructions precisely to match the journal’s requirements. These are as follows:

Structure: Title page (paper title, author details, affiliation, and email address),
abstract and keywords page (200 words for abstract, 6 keywords),

Introduction (1.1. to 1.x. for sub-sections with the introduction, including literature reviews, purpose of the study, research questions)
Methods (2.1. to 2.x. for sub-sections, including research design, sample of the study, tool, implementation, and data collection and analysis)
Results (3.1 to 3.x. for sub-sections, including results related to each of research questions)

Discussion: Conclusions and Recommendations, Tables and Figures (to be inserted within the text), Funding (This work was supported by the xxx under Grant: xxxx.), Institution Review Board Statement, Informed Consent Statement, Data Availability Statement, Conflict of Interest, and References.

Word limits: 8,000 words at maximum inclusive all sections in the paper.

Format: APA Style

Two files of article provided as follow:
Prepare “Anonymized article file”, by removing all author(s) details: Name, affiliation, and using anonymous for in-text citations (e.g. Anonymous#1, year) and within the list of references (e.g. Anonymous#1, year.).
Prepare “Not-anonymized article file”, including all author details.

  • Revisions completed according to reviewing comments.
  • Prepare three files for submission:
  • “Revised-anonymized article file”
  • “Revised-Not anonymized article file”
  • File of table of response to reviewing comments
  • Copyright Transfer: Authors must sign a copyright transfer form upon acceptance. This grants IJAES exclusive rights to publish your article in print and online formats.
  • Author Rights: Authors retain the right to use their work in future publications, presentations, or teaching materials with proper citation to IJAES.
  • Open Access Option: If applicable, authors may choose an Open Access option by paying Article Publishing Charges (APC), allowing unrestricted access to their published work.
  • Compliance with Ethical Standards: It is essential that all parties comply with ethical publishing standards outlined by IJAES during this process. By signing the copyright agreement, you help ensure that your research reaches a wider audience while maintaining academic integrity within the field of educational studies.

APC applies and to be competed in three stages during the processes:

  • Initial screening and reviewing
  • Reviewing revised manuscript submitted
  • Formatting and online publication
